Ingredients
Whole Milk powder 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Semolina three tbsp
White flour two tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Channa/Ricotta cheese 1 cup
Bread 1 pc
Sugar syrup
Sugar two cups
Water three cups
Cardamom 3-4 pcs
Directions
In a skillet, add four cups of water, three cups of sugar and 3-4 pcs of cardamoms. Bring the syrup to a boil and flip off heat, hold it aside.
Mix white flour, milk powder, semolina, baking powder, ghee in a plate. Mix all components collectively uniformly. Soak 1 bread in 1/4 cup milk and add it to the mixture.
